We began in 1992 with a goal to bring quality service to a growing list of individual and business clients. We serve clients in many states throughout the United States: Idaho, California, Oregon, and Arizona just to name a few. We always work with your best interest in mind.

Julie Cox, CPA

For more than 25 years, Julie has been working in the Tax and Accounting field. She is licensed in California and Idaho as a Certified Public Accountant.

Julie began her career working in a local CPA firm in San Jose, CA and then moved to one of the top international accounting firms, KPMG Peat Marwick. After many years in public accounting, Julie expanded her expertise by entering private industry. She advanced to manage the Federal Audit and Tax Legislation department for a fortune 500 company.

Julie improved her education by receiving her Masters of  Science Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She continues to increase her knowledge through education, regularly exceeding the minimum requirement of 40 hours per year.

Julie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Idaho Association of Public Accountants, and Private Companies of Public Service section of the AICPA.

Roger Cox, EA

Roger recently became an enrolled agent, giving our clients another option when they need representation before the IRS. As an enrolled agent he continues his education to grow his understanding of tax law. He regularly exceeds the minimum requirements for EA continuing education hours.

After graduating college, Roger has owned and managed a number of companies. He has served as CEO of a Corporation, Treasurer of two non-profit Corporations, and Managing General Partner in a Business Partnership. He also has been a minister for a number of churches, giving him expertise in church accounting as well as clergy or ministerial tax issues.

His experience in business planning and accounting brings a wealth of expertise for our business clients. Roger continues to expand his knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping & tax preparation to serve our clients better.
